Phonon Compilation Error "dshow.h" with MSVC 2005

Under Windows with Visual C++ 2005 Compiler the compilation of phonon
leads to an error. In Phonon files "dshow.h" is used which isn't
included in newer directx 9.0 sdk's from MS (March 2008) any more and
isn't included in the platformsdk from Visual C++ 2005. In Visual Studio
.net 2003 the file exists.
