-loadconfig option

I tried to use the configure -loadconfig windows where windows is a
configure_windows.cache file. This does not seem to work with the 4.0
RC1 release. I'm working under Windows Vista and using the Microsoft
2008 compiler.
The configure program returns the error "Unknown option windows". Maybe
I am using the command wrong? Note the configure_windows.cache was
created from an earlier 4.0 snapshot, so that might be a problem?
