Is TrollTech planning on releasing a qtopia 4.2 to correspond w/ QT 4.2? Or is
there no real correlation between the mere version numbers of the two
environments?

Yes, we currently try to correlate versions with Qt. Although, we might
be a few patch releases behind.
and yes, there will be a Qtopia 4.2.0 soon...
and we are planning on a Qtopia 4.2 GPL release as well.
