[MOQB] QWSTslibMouseHandlerPrivate and tslib

Hello,
as someone who is not the maintainer of tslib, but feels related to
him QWSTslibMouseHandlerPrivate is a horror show.
Let us start with the easy fix. Tslib has moved to berlios a lot of
moons ago, so please update the documentation to point to http://
tslib.berlios.de.
Then I seriously wonder about the reasoning to reimplement two tslib
modules. tslib is heavily excercised by consumer products like the
Nokia Tablet devices, or community environments like GPE and Opie and
we all use this library and the provided modules just fine. These
modules are highly configurable and I deeply wonder why it was
necessary to reimplement
pressure threshold [1] and jitter limit [2]?
And Lorn to update your FOSDEM slides. We have used tslib on non-
linear touchscreens as well [3]. Before we reduced the sampling rate,
this module made it possible to use a non-linear touchscreen.
So please remove the code using QT_QWS_TP_JITTER_LIMIT and
QT_QWS_TP_PRESSURE_THRESHOLD, or alternatively explain the bug you
tried to fix. If you want to I can send a patch to change this code.
