Reselling of Qt and Qtopia Licenses

Dear Jason,
It recently came to my attention that you are offering several Trolltech
products for sale on the Qt-interest and Qtopia-interest mailing lists.
Please note that our licenses cannot simply be sold. Under the terms of
our license agreements, the entire license agreement needs to be assigned
to the new legal entity/individual and such assignment requires permission
from Trolltech before any transfer can take place.
Please also note that since our software is sold to "Named Users" any
change in the individual using our software needs to be reflected in our
license management system. If the transfer is to another individual within
the same legal entity, the licensee may change without authorization, but
with notification to Trolltech, once every 6 months. In order to change
users more frequently, approval is needed from your sales representative.
