QPE 4.2.3: Where did this icon carousel come from?
Message 1 in thread
Hi there,
I'm experimenting with Qtopia Phone Edition 4.2.3 (commercial) and have
been working on reconfiguring the desktop screen through the theme XML
files.
Recently I've been modifying context.xml, trying to change the size and
layout of the icons on the botton of the home screen. I'm not sure what
changed, but now the center Qtopia icon doesn't launch the grid of
applications and settings icons, instead it launches this nice rotating
carousel of application and settings icons.
Where did this come from? How does it work? This isn't described in
the library of HSWidgets. Documentation on QPE isn't that great when it
comes to this stuff.
Thanks,
Louis Koziarz

The is a server widget/experimental launcher. :) You can configure it in
the Settings->Server Widgets app. :)
