Unwanted transparent background in Greenphone

My application would normally have a dark gray background but in Qtopia
Phone it has a transparent background which doesn't leave enough
contrast for my foreground elements.
What is the proper way to re-enable the filled background?

Hi Paul,
How are you setting the dark gray background? Setting a custom palette for
your application and/or main window should be enough to "override" the
default transparent background.
You can take a look at the asteroids code for an example of a built-in Qtopia
application that doesn't have a transparent background.
